Account Executive

Position Summary

Are you an Account Executive with a track record of proven growth and success in the SMB market selling technology solutions?

Can you understand and communicate the financial impact of technology's role in a business to key stake holders?

Can you bring value to Chief Officers by speaking in their "bottom-line" language?

The purpose of this "hunter style" role is to find and develop net new business starting with those within the C-Suite. Qualified individuals will determine financial gaps via cost analysis and align IT solutions to business objectives. Sound exciting? Challenging?

Qualification Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven growth and sales success.
  • Documented track record of successfully selling B2B technology solutions
  • 4 year degree or smart/bright/intelligent equivalent.
  • Business and financial acumen; fluent in "Biz-Speak" over "Tech-Talk."
  • Great listening skills and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; polished and professional.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and under deadlines.
  • Prospecting prowess.
  • Solid leadership and organizational skills.

Specific Duties

  • Heavy prospecting
  • Selling our managed services, Cloud, Virtualization and Storage solutions offerings starting at the C-Level.
  • Presenting financial impact, justification and ROI to gain client buy-in.
  • Building a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet/exceed quota.

Systems/Network Engineer

Position Summary

Qualification Requirements

  • At least three years of experience performing the duties described below
  • Proficiency in Windows server/client infrastructures, and at least one of the following; Mac OSX, Linux, Cisco/HP networking, or software development (i.e. .Net Programming, advanced scripting, web development, etc)
  • At least two technical certifications that provide the knowledge and skill to perform the major duties described above. (i.e. MCITP, ACTC, CCNA, Network +, etc.)
  • A strong work ethic and capacity to self-motivate
  • Excellent communication (people) skills and ability to read any situation and react
  • Highly organized, with a well formed ability to forecast, plan, implement, & follow up
  • Innate ability to work in and contribute to a team
  • Extremely detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in mastering new and emerging technologies
  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in Customer Service

Specific Duties

  • Consult with our clients in all aspects of technology
  • Recommend, plan, and implement IT infrastructure solutions
  • Diagnose and repair networks, operating systems, and applications
  • Respond to client telephone (NOC) calls and technical support requests
  • Monitor client networks and systems through our RMM tools
  • Prepare and submit a variety of operational documents in a timely manner
  • Work independently and with fellow team members in achieving utilization objectives
  • Follow a thorough planning and follow-through process for all aspects of the job
  • Provide a high level of customer service through comprehensive communication
  • Support the thinkCSC process for retaining present clients and for acquiring future clients
  • Complete assigned training objectives to stay current with emerging technology

Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician

Position Summary

Provide remote Workstation, Server, Network Infrastructure, and IT consulting services to thinkCSC clients. Handle level one telephone and email technical support requests. Work with Systems/Network Engineering team to escalate and schedule work as needed. Perform proactive remote monitoring and remediation for client networks. Reports to the Director of Network Services, and assists the Network Services team and Warranty Services team when needed.

Specific Duties

  • Respond to client telephone and email technical support requests (TSR)
  • Perform remote work as assigned by Director or Engineering Team
  • Assist in keeping client infrastructure documentation up to date
  • Perform system assembly and software installation for new client equipment
  • Accurately complete call logging and service orders for proper billing
  • Assist sales team through research and gathering client technical data
  • Work independently and with fellow team members to achieve utilization objectives
  • Follow a thorough planning and follow-through process for all aspects of the job
  • Complete training objectives as assigned to stay current with emerging technology
  • Perform such other duties as may be temporarily or permanently assigned

Qualification Requirements

  • At least two years of experience performing the major duties described above
  • Basic proficiency in Windows server/client infrastructures, Macintosh OSX, and major software applications
  • At least one technical certification that provides the knowledge and skill to perform the major duties described above. (i.e. A+, Network +, MCTS, etc)
  • A strong work ethic and capacity to self motivate
  • Excellent communication (telephone) skills, patience, and the ability to convey technical subject matter in an easy to understand fashion
  • Both logical and creative problem solving ability (no scripts)
  • Highly organized, with a well formed ability to forecast, plan, implement, & follow up
  • Innate ability to work in and contribute to a team
  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in Customer Service
